I have nothing to report today, nothing to write about and nothing of interest on TV. I am officially bored with being home and it's only been one week; however, I can get used to wearing pj's on a daily basis. Nothing says relaxation more than an elastic waistband.
I guess I'm a little overzealous saying I have nothing to report. I went for blood work today and as expected, all my blood counts are dropping. When they hit bottom varies for everyone. I will go back on Wednesday and hopefully we will see which way they are trending. But, I continue to have manageable side effects so I am pleased with nothing exciting to share.
As always, many thanks for your comments and support. I still feel like I'm only in training, but I'm going to finish this marathon!

There is NO doubt you will finish this marathon, with flying colors! (whatever flying colors means) My thoughts and prayers are with you dailey. Do you need some "Closer" dvds???

Just opened up my email and read your blog.....oh, I am laughing! Can you imagine I would be laughing at your blog....you are bored! How great is that! You make everyone around you laugh. Your attitude is wonderful! Was so pleased to read that your side effects are manageable. I think half of that is attitude, don't you think? Do you go to the doctor's office for blood work or to the hospital? Or, does a nurse come to do it, so you don't get exposed to "germ bags"!
ReplyDeleteI think this blog is great; you have so many people reading it and pulling for you two.
We keep on praying and you keep on working hard to "finish the marathon".
Love you
Cousin Judy
Judy is right. I look forward to hearing your comments every day. The fact that you are bored is very interesting. We need to make you less bored! How can we do that? You can't continue to watch Ellen and Oprah..how boring is that. Maybe a DVD on "Weeds" or "Curb Your Enthusiam". Hopefully, you have some premium stations you can pull off some demands.
ReplyDeleteI'm a TV person so I know some good programs.
Try "Damages". It's a very intelligent show, and I have trouble figuring it out, but I'm sure you can.
Take care..thinking of you always,
Love,
Cousin Anita
